Returns and refunds

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after the returned item has been inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

If an item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–14 business days after approval.

Sale and clearance items are not eligible for refunds unless defective.
